MATERIAL
The Aqua EXTREME collar is made from original BioThane® – the robust and vegan alternative to leather. Unlike leather, BioThane® cannot mold and is therefore significantly more hygienic.
The inner lining is made of extra soft, non-scratchy Velcro material and offers high wearing comfort. To ensure long-lasting softness, strong brushes should be avoided when washing.

Unless otherwise agreed, the embroidery will be placed in the center.

IMPORTANT - Regarding wear and tear
Our fittings are made of high-quality metal alloys and are partly black coated. Through normal use - e.g., friction with carabiners, contact with sand, dirt, asphalt, or stones - slight signs of abrasion may appear on the coating over time.
This is due to the material and does not constitute a product defect. The function and stability of the fittings are not affected by this.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The collar can be easily cleaned under clear water or with a little soap to remove mud, dirt or other contaminants. Then simply dry it with a towel and the collar is ready for its next use.
The metal elements are rose. Wear and tear is normal over time.

If your collar is not custom-made, unpersonalized, and unused , you can return it within the usual period.
If the collar contains an engraving or special request , an exchange is unfortunately not possible.

However, due to the Velcro, you should ensure that your collar dries well before its next use.
Both buckles are based on the same principle and function reliably. Our standard quick-release buckles are of high quality and have a breaking load of approx. 400 kg – which is absolutely sufficient for most dog breeds.
However, if desired, we can also manufacture your collar with the original COBRA® buckle by AustriAlpin. This professional buckle has an even higher breaking load of around 900 kg and originally comes from the climbing and military sectors.
No, don't worry! The rougher part of the Velcro is only for size adjustment and does not come into contact with your dog's neck .
The area that touches the neck is made of the soft part of the hook and loop fastener —a particularly high-quality industrial hook and loop fastener that's durable, flexible, and comfortable against the skin. It has no sharp edges and is designed to sit softly and comfortably on the neck, even during movement.
Yes and no.
The splatter design is applied with a special paint and then sealed. A similar process has been used for years, for example, in the shoe industry.
Nevertheless, you should avoid cleaning the collar with abrasive brushes or harsh cleaning agents. Lukewarm water – with a little mild soap if needed – is usually sufficient.
