General Terms and Conditions
In these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), we, Cynthia-Marie Weidner, Wolfshofer Weg 41, 17349 Lindetal, email: info@nature-bark.de, regulate the conditions for orders in our online shop.
1. Scope
The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions apply between us and you when concluding a contract in our online shop. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions do not apply. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online store is primarily aimed at consumers.
2. Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with NatureBark.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

The contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
3. Delivery
The delivery times specified by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation. If we offer the payment method Prepayment and you select this, the delivery time is calculated from the time we receive the payment. If we have not specified a delivery time, it is a maximum of 6 weeks (calculated on working days Mon-Fri). For each product, the individual delivery time is stated.
We are entitled to make deliveries in multiple shipments if this is reasonable for you. In this case, any shipping costs only arise for the first partial delivery.
Delivery restrictions exist insofar as we only ship to customers with a delivery address in one of the following countries or Delivering territories: European Union.
You bear the shipping costs. Any shipping costs incurred will be displayed to you during the ordering process.
4. Prices and payment processing
The price and any applicable shipping costs are displayed on an overview page before you submit your order.
The following payment methods are available for orders in our online shop: Invoice (currently not available.), credit card, Paypal (no customer account required), Klarna (currently not Available.) , Giropay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and gift voucher. We do not charge you any additional fees for any payment method.
You can only use a gift voucher purchased from us in our online shop. To do this, you must redeem it before completing the ordering process. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the amount to be paid. If it is not enough, you can choose another method of payment for the difference. There will be no cash payout or interest on credit balances. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
5. Additional information
There is a statutory right to liability for defects. We are liable for material and legal defects in accordance with the statutory provisions, without prejudice to any guarantees we may provide. We will inform you about guarantees and their conditions on the respective product page.
Defects or damage caused by improper use are not covered by our guarantee.

Upon delivery, the goods are broken/defective or show signs of severe wear. These must be proven immediately with photos.
Broken or defective goods caused by improper use, e.g.b Leash is attached to the collar, although it is not recommended in the description, will not be taken back or compensated. This constitutes improper use.
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
6. Liability
Claims for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims arising from injury to life, body or health, from guarantees or under the Product Liability Act, as well as liability for other damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Furthermore, liability for the breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance you can regularly rely, remains unaffected. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of these contractual obligations, we are only liable for foreseeable damage that is typical for the contract.
The aforementioned liability regulations also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.
7. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the country in which you usually reside remain unaffected by the above choice of law. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law at the time of the order and are based in Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Rüdersdorf.
