Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products / Immediate Purchase Items
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to non-personalized standard products or immediate purchase items that have not been custom-made or adapted for you.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must unequivocally inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Returns and Refunds
The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
The goods should be returned unused, clean, undamaged, complete, and in their original condition.
You may inspect the goods as would be possible in a retail store. However, if the goods are returned used, worn, dirty, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund.
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the corresponding amount to the original payment method used.
No Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products
There is no right of withdrawal for custom products, personalized products, and special orders.
This applies to all products that are manufactured or adapted according to your individual specifications, wishes, or measurements.
This includes, for example:

custom-made collars, leashes, or accessories

custom sizes, special lengths, or tailor-made items
-
color combinations according to customer request
-
name engravings, embroideries, or other personalizations
-
special requests outside our regular immediate purchase range
These products are manufactured specifically for you and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Before purchasing a custom product, you must confirm that you have acknowledged that there is no right of withdrawal for this product.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected, of course.
