Please note that this only refers to the shipping times . The processing times for your order can be found for each product. The shipping times are based on information provided by the service provider. We have no influence on the delivery time of the packages and possible delays that may be caused by weather, natural events, holidays or other factors.

INFORMATION FOR OUR EU CUSTOMERS 🇪🇺
Unfortunately, due to new EU packaging regulations and the associated country-specific obligations, we are currently no longer able to ship directly to all EU countries as usual.
These regulations are particularly difficult for small and medium-sized businesses to implement, as additional administrative tasks and high ongoing costs can arise for each individual country. Therefore, it is currently not possible for us to continue offering direct shipping to all EU countries.
But don't worry: you can still order NatureBark with an EU residence by taking a small detour! 🤍
You can use a package forwarding service for this. We have already done some research for you and found Mailboxde.com, which we consider comparatively fair in terms of price.
Of course, there are other providers – possibly even a forwarding service specifically for your country. Feel free to look for alternatives.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Register for free
Create a free account at Mailboxde.com.
2. Receive a German delivery address
After registration, you will receive a personal German delivery address including your own customer number.
3. Order from NatureBark
Use this German address as the delivery address when placing your order in our shop. Make sure to enter the address and your customer number exactly as they are displayed by Mailboxde.com.
4. We ship your order
We process your order as usual and send the package to your German forwarding address.
5. Forwarding to your home
As soon as your package arrives at Mailboxde.com, you will be informed. You can then select the desired shipping service provider and the appropriate shipping method for forwarding to your country.
Depending on the provider, package size, weight, and delivery time, different fees will apply. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these costs, the processing, and the subsequent forwarding.
Please note that you will pay shipping costs twice: once for shipping from us to the German address and then for forwarding to your home country.
We are aware that this solution is a bit more cumbersome and unfortunately also more expensive for you. However, it is currently the only way we can continue to offer you our NatureBark products. 🤍

Due to the new Packaging Act of January 1, 2023, it is very difficult for small online retailers to ship directly to Austria.
However, there is a great alternative that many of our customers from Austria like to use often if they don't have friends or family in Germany.

There you will be assigned a number, which is very important.
As the delivery address, you then provide the location and your assigned number. This way, the service provider can assign and relabel your product, and you will no longer have any problems receiving packages from Germany. :)
