MATERIAL
The balls are made of high-quality natural rubber. Our Super-Foam-Ball is made from a high-quality foam material, which makes it particularly light and allows it to float on water.
For the rope, we have the BioThane variants, which are perfect if your dog likes to have mud parties, as this is super easy to clean. The rope or grip variant, on the other hand, is great for anyone who wants a particularly good grip.
YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN 2 SIZES
Size M - Diameter approx. 7 cm – ideal for small to medium dog breeds.
Size L - Diameter approx. 9 cm – ideal for medium to large dog breeds.
IMPORTANT
If your dog has not yet learned to bite specifically into the ball and instead frequently catches the cord, we recommend the variant with a rope.
If the BioThane® cord is bitten into constantly or very frequently, damage or tears can occur over time, which can lead to the material eventually giving way.
Please also note: Our Ultimate Tug toys are intended for shared tugging, fetching, and as a reward during training. They are not continuous chew toys or unsupervised activity toys.
The delivery time is approx. 1-3 weeks until this product is shipped.
The wrist strap is made of genuine BioThane®, a durable and vegan alternative to leather. Unlike leather, BioThane® is mold-resistant and therefore far more hygienic. The BioThane® is 20mm wide.
The balls are each made of high-quality natural rubber, the SuperFoam Ball is made of a high-quality foam material that allows the ball to float on the water.
Size M has a diameter of approx. 7cm and is therefore perfect for small to medium-sized dog breeds.
Size L has a diameter of approx. 10cm and is therefore perfect for medium to large breeds.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Both the BioThane and the ball can be easily and quickly cleaned with water. If the ball shows very strong signs of wear at some point and parts of it come loose, it should definitely be replaced.

FAQs
Yes! All Ultimate toys are very light and floatable. They are perfect for summer water fun, muddy autumn days, or use in dog sports.
As long as your dog bites into the toy and not constantly into the BioThane, tearing is extremely unlikely.
However, if your dog occasionally chews on it, the material may give way over time. The BioThane is not intended as a chew toy.
Our rope toys are very sturdy and designed for normal tugging and interactive play. However, it's also true that no material is indestructible.
If your dog chews on the rope constantly, deliberately bites at the stitched or glued seam, or uses the toy unsupervised as a chew toy, the covering can eventually come loose. In the worst case, the rope can be so severely damaged that it may tear.
With normal use—meaning when your dog bites the ball and the rope is actually used for interactive tugging—the rope is very robust and durable.
Please inspect the toy regularly for damage and only use it under supervision.

Yes, absolutely! The material is made precisely for that – it is much more tooth-friendly than, for example, hard rubber or tennis balls.
Tooth indentations are not a problem, even if they leave visible marks.

No. The Ultimate Tugs are not intended for chewing.
They are used as a reward in dog sports, for retrieving, tugging, or as a water toy.
If your dog chews wildly on them, for example, on the rope, regardless of the variation, the toy will probably not last very long, similar to other "rope toys." However, if you use the toy for its intended purpose, these toys will easily last for years.
Yes! Simply rinse with water – done. The material is very easy to clean and quickly spotless.
Yes! Our toys are successfully used by sporting dog breeds like Malinois, German Shepherds, and the like – often for years. They're designed to withstand strong biting power.

This counts as a personalized item – therefore cancellation or exchange is unfortunately not possible .
Our Ultimate Tug Balls are patented. More precisely, the way we attach our hand straps to the ball is protected – whether it's our BioThane®-, rope, or grip version.
This means: Our developed fastening system is legally protected and cannot simply be replicated in the same way.
