MATERIAL & COMFORT
The base is made of original BioThane® – durable, waterproof, easy to clean, and a vegan alternative to leather.
Thanks to our patented Velcro system, the collar can be infinitely adjusted and optimally adapted to your dog's neck circumference.
The extra soft section of the Velcro sits on the inside and serves as a light inner padding for a comfortable fit.
EXTRA PROTECTION
After completion, every EMBER collar is additionally sealed and impregnated by us.
This allows water and dirt to roll off the surface more easily, making the collar particularly easy to keep clean.

A little note:
The metal elements of the collar are coated. Signs of wear on the coating can occur over time due to friction and are completely normal.
Also, colors and crystals may appear slightly different depending on the screen, lighting, and environment.
It is made of original BioThane®, which is the robust and vegan alternative to leather. Furthermore, unlike leather, BioThane® cannot mold and is therefore much more hygienic.
The collar is adjustable using a particularly soft and flexible hook-and-loop fastener. The soft part also serves as a comfortable inner lining.

IMPORTANT - Regarding wear and tear
Our fittings are made of high-quality metal alloys and are partly black coated. Through normal use - e.g., friction with carabiners, contact with sand, dirt, asphalt, or stones - slight signs of abrasion may appear on the coating over time.
This is due to the material and does not constitute a product defect. The function and stability of the fittings are not affected by this.
Our Extreme collars are, of course, designed to be worn and used in everyday life – however, genuine crystals are not an indestructible material. 🖤
For example, if your dog rolls on concrete, asphalt, or other very rough surfaces while wearing the collar, the metal elements such as the screws, buckle, and D-ring may get scratched.
These are perfectly normal signs of wear that can occur over time with a collar that is worn.
As a rule, lukewarm water and a soft cloth are sufficient for cleaning. Please avoid using hard brushes, vigorous scrubbing, or aggressive cleaners around the crystals.
In addition, each collar is sealed and impregnated by us after completion so that water and dirt repel more easily.

Simply put:

No – this collar is part of one of our special releases and is being made exactly once.
Once it is sold, this specific design is gone.
Many of our EMBER unique pieces are particularly elaborately designed: some are hand-painted, using specially mixed shades, special effects, or even glow-in-the-dark paint.
Such designs are often created over many hours of manual work. This is precisely why we deliberately produce them only a single time and never again in an identical form.

If your collar is not custom-made, unpersonalised and unused, you can return it within the usual period.
If the collar has an engraving or special request, an exchange is unfortunately not possible.

However, due to the Velcro, you should ensure that your collar dries well before its next use.
Both buckles are based on the same principle and function reliably. Our standard quick-release buckles are of high quality and have a breaking load of approx. 400 kg – which is absolutely sufficient for most dog breeds.
However, if desired, we can also manufacture your collar with the original COBRA® buckle by AustriAlpin. This professional buckle has an even higher breaking load of around 900 kg and originally comes from the climbing and military sectors.
No, don't worry! The rougher part of the hook-and-loop fastener is only used for size adjustment and does not come into contact with your dog's neck.
The area that touches the neck consists of the soft part of the hook-and-loop fastener – a particularly high-quality industrial hook-and-loop fastener that is durable, flexible, and comfortable on the skin. It has no sharp edges and is designed to lie softly and comfortably on the neck, even when moving.
Yes and no.
The splatter design is applied with a special paint and then sealed. A similar process has been used for years, for example, in the shoe industry.
Nevertheless, you should avoid cleaning the collar with abrasive brushes or harsh cleaning agents. Lukewarm water – with a little mild soap if needed – is usually sufficient.
