Jedes Produkt wird von uns von Hand gepresst.

Hier handelt es sich um unseren PRESALE. Du hast eine Woche Zeit, bis der Countdown abgelaufen ist, diese Motive zu bestellen. Nach Ablauf des Countdowns, landen nur BESTSELLER Motive fest im Shop. Dies werden 1-2 Motive sein. Welche es sein werden, steht zum Presale nicht fest. Möchtest Du also ein bestimmtes Motiv, solltest Du dieses im presale bestellen, denn es könnte sein das es nicht fest in den Shop kommt. 

Da jedes Produkt erst nach Bestellung hergestellt wird ( PRINT ON DEMANT ), dauert die Bearbeitungszeit ein wenig. Die Genaue Lieferzeit kannst Du in den Highlights finden, sowie weiter Unten in den Infos.



PFLEGEHINWEISE

Bitte drehe dein Produkt vor dem Waschen auf links.
Wasche es bei maximal 30 Grad und gib es nicht in den Trockner.
Sollte sich der Druck durch falsches Waschen z.B einmal minimal Lösen - Keine Panik!
Nimm einfach ein Bügeleisen -> Packe ein Stück Backpapier zwischen Bügeleisen und dein Produkt, und Bügel kurz , ein paar Sekunden, mit etwas Druck, wo die abgelöste Stelle. Fertig :)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please turn your product inside out before washing.
Wash it at a maximum of 30 degrees and do not tumble dry.


Please do not use strong chemical agents such as stain removers, as these can damage the print.

Depending on the detergent, in rare cases, small areas may slightly detach over time. However, this is no cause for concern. Simply place a piece of baking paper between the print and the iron and iron the affected area for a few seconds with light pressure.

Important: Please do not iron directly on the print.

IMPORTANT! How do I properly care for/wash my product?

Preparation before washing

  • Always turn the textile inside out.
  • Do not wash with coarse fabrics such as jeans or towels.
  • Avoid zippers, buttons, and hook-and-loop fasteners if possible.
  • Do not overload the washing machine to reduce friction.

Detergent

  • Suitable detergents are liquid color or delicate detergents without enzymes.
  • Detergents with enzymes, optical brighteners, or bleaches are not recommended.
  • Avoid heavy-duty detergents, powder detergents, and hygiene or intensive detergents.
  • Enzyme-containing detergents can attack the surface of the print and, in combination with friction, lead to premature color abrasion or detachment.

Wash program & temperature

  • Wash at a maximum of 30 °C.
  • Use a gentle or easy-care program.
  • Avoid high spin speeds.

Fabric softener & additives

  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Do not use hygiene rinses or fragrance additives.



Drying & ironing

  • Do not tumble dry textiles.
  • Air dry, ideally turned inside out.
  • Do not iron directly over the print.
  • Do not use steam (steamer) for drying.
What happens if a small corner does come loose?

Don't panic! Should a small corner or a fine area of the print come loose during washing, in most cases, you can save the print.

The best tool for this is an iron. A small travel iron without a steam function is ideal.



Important:
Always place a piece of baking paper between the iron and the print. Please never iron directly over the print, as this can damage it.

Now, iron with light pressure for a few seconds over the area that has come loose. If necessary, you can carefully repeat the process.



It is important that some pressure is applied so that the adhesive of the DTF print can re-bond with the textile.

If something is already loose on your print upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will, of course, check this and, if justified, produce a new one.

However, if the print comes loose due to incorrect washing or improper care, we unfortunately cannot reliably check this afterwards and cannot provide a replacement.

From experience, we can say: If the care instructions are followed correctly, DTF prints still look really nice even after a long time. :)

Are the products custom-made for me?

Yes. After the drop ends, all ordered products will be carefully printed, packaged, and then shipped by us.

How do I print?

We use high-quality, soft DTF printing, which ensures beautiful, rich colors and a comfortable wearing experience. Each product is hand-pressed by us.

How do I properly care for my product?

Please wash your product inside out at a maximum of 30 °C and do not tumble dry.

Also iron inside out and do not iron directly over the print.

Can I return my product if it doesn't fit?

Since each product is only made especially for you after your order, it is considered personalized or custom-made. Therefore, returns due to an incorrectly ordered size are unfortunately not possible.

Please pay close attention to the correct size before placing your order.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing one size larger to be on the safe side.
