COMPETITION INFORMATION

Conditions of participation in competitions at NatureBark

  1. organizer
    The competition is organized by NatureBark (Cynthia and Steffen Weidner GbR) .

  2. Eligibility
    All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
    Participants residing abroad may also participate, but may have to bear any shipping costs themselves.

  3. Exclusion from participation
    Cooperation partners, brand ambassadors and their relatives are excluded from participation.

  4. How the competition works

  • The duration of the competition as well as the respective end and time of the drawing will be announced in the respective competition post.

  • The winner will be randomly chosen and then announced and tagged in the Instagram stories .

  • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours , the prize will be drawn again.

  1. Profit

  • The prize is described in the respective post.

  • Transfer of the prize or cash payment is excluded.

  1. Liability

  • NatureBark assumes no liability for technical malfunctions that temporarily prevent or restrict participation in the competition.

  • There is no entitlement to participation for late or incorrect entries due to technical problems.

  1. Data protection

  • The personal data collected as part of the competition (e.g. Instagram username) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.

  • Data will not be passed on to third parties.

  1. Release from Meta
    This competition is not affiliated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Meta in any way.

  2. Legal recourse
    Legal recourse is excluded.
