FAQ

How can I pay on site?

You can easily pay with your card—whether debit or credit. PayPal is also accepted. Cash is also possible, of course, but we prefer contactless payments.

I bought a product at the trade fair and would like to return it – is that possible?

No. At trade fairs and events, you can touch and try on our products before purchasing, and receive advice – therefore, exchanges or returns are not possible.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Sure! You'll receive a receipt on-site. However, you also have the option of receiving your receipt digitally.
Just give us your email address or mobile number – you will receive the receipt directly digitally.

What if I arrive late and the product I want is already sold out?

No problem! We're still happy to advise you, and you can place your order right there on-site – completely relaxed.

Excluded from this are special collections or special colors which we only sell at the respective event, for example.

Do you have your wheel of fortune with you – and how does it work?

Oh yes!
For purchases of €20 or more, you can spin the wheel of fortune once – regardless of whether you shop in-store or order something online at the stand.
There are discounts, free snacks and little surprises – while stocks last.

Can I just come to watch or chat?

Of course! Even if you don't want to buy anything (yet) – come by, say hello, take a look around, and get to know us. We're always happy to have a pleasant chat and welcome four-legged visitors.

Can my dog ​​come to the stand?

Absolutely. Our products are made for dogs – and of course, they can try them on-site and help decide. 😉
