Why does the consultation cost money?

Our consultation is individual and very detailed.
We often invest over an hour to deliver a result that suits you โ€“ not just any result.

To ensure this work remains fair, the consultation will now be subject to a fee.
BUT:
If you subsequently decide to purchase a muzzle from us or send in a model for coating, the amount will be fully credited.

So: No extra costs if you order from us.

2. Why do you need photos?

Photos help us to identify and rule out measurement errors early on.
An incorrectly measured dimension can lead us to recommend models that would not be suitable in reality.
This saves you time, returns, and unnecessary fittings.

3. Why does the consultation cost money when the model finder is free?

Our model finder is perfect if you want a quick, rough overview โ€“ without spending a lot of time.

However, personal online consultation goes significantly further:

  • We check measurements individually.
  • We analyze photos and, if necessary, videos.
  • We take into account the intended use (e.g., veterinary vs. everyday training).
  • We may also search for suitable models from other brands that are not included in the model finder.
  • We will continue to advise you if you have any uncertainties, even after you have placed your order.


Unfortunately, it is happening more and more often that customers spend a considerable amount of time on muzzles, only to have them purchased elsewhere. This consultation often takes up 1-2 hours of our time , time during which we cannot help other customers, process orders, etc. โ€“ therefore, it is subject to a fee.

4. Will the amount be credited if I order a muzzle from you?

Yes!
If you subsequently order a muzzle from us or send in an existing muzzle for coating or coating & ringing , the amount will be fully credited .

If you decide to order elsewhere after the consultation, no charge will be applied.

5. I booked the online consultation, but bought the muzzle elsewhere. Can I apply the cost of the consultation to another product?

No.
The credit applies exclusively to muzzle products, as described in question 4.
